Living room & Kitchen:

The house is suited with a wide and sunny living room furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs along side the log burner to keep the house warm and all night long. The living room also includes a little mezzanine with a single sofa bed to hide for a quick nap or spend some quality play-time with the little ones in your life. A fully integrated kitchen with dining table seating people up to 8 are also located in the ground floor.

Bedrooms:

The cottage contains 3 bedrooms:

• Ground floor double room containing an ensuite bathroom and French doors to outside patio.
• Single bed compact room with single side access.
• Small twin room with L shaped beds suitable for children.
• Double room beds can be pushed together to place cot in room, or by removing mattress base and bed slates.

Outdoors:

The cottage has its own tennis court and access to the magnificent surrounding ground that provides amazing views ranging from Devon hill to Dartmoor. The cottage is also fitted with a wooden bench and a barbecue area with a Weber grill ready to go.
