The Estate is made up of 4 properties: 

The Nook (Sleeps 2)

This accommodation with hot tub in Wales is a charming detached stone cottage with stunning views of the surrounding grounds as well as lots of privacy. It comes with a sunny conservatory with a grand leather sofa you can lounge on with a cup of tea. It features an open-plan well-equipped kitchen/diner perfect for the chefs in the group to prepare meals while chit-chatting with the rest of the group.

The Nook features a spacious double bedroom on the ground floor. It comes with a comfy king-sized bed, wardrobe, and dressing table. There is also a patio terrace with a BBQ, tables, and chairs, and a fire pit. From here, you will enjoy unsurpassable views of the grounds. 

Twinberry Cottage (Sleeps 4)

This modern semi-detached stone cottage comes with two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy beautiful views of woodlands, as well as your very own cottage garden. The two upstairs bedrooms are tastefully furnished and include one double and one twin bedroom. Both come with plenty of natural light thanks to the Velux windows. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and WC. The garden comes with a BBQ, fire pit, and a table for alfresco dining. 

Bluebell Cottage (Sleeps 6) 

This Party House in Wales is a period cottage that was believed to be a haberdashery. It features 3 bedrooms perfect for a group of 6 guests. Walk into this cottage to be greeted by a gorgeous parquet floor entrance hall that leads to a cosy lounge area with a wood burner to enhance the ambiance. There is a separate well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for you to prepare your meals. The 3 bedrooms are complete with period features and there is a twin bedroom on the ground floor for guests with mobility issues. There is also a ground-floor shower room. The bathroom with bath and toilet is situated on the first floor. Through the kitchen, you can access the patio / terrace with a BBQ, a fire pit, and pretty views. 

Taf House (Sleeps 12) 

Taf House is large, spacious, and features a contemporary design and artwork. It comes with an open-plan kitchen with leather sofas, a wood burner, and a big dining table. There is a 50 inch TV and Bluetooth speaker in case you want to have a film marathon. The 5 cosy bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor - one double and one family with a double and bunk bed. A flight of stairs leads to the rest of the twin bedrooms. The kitchen features two electric ovens, a large gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. How about buying some fresh local Welsh ingredients and preparing a delicious meal? 

The back of the property has a patio with BBQ and garden furniture perfect for a sunny Sunday brunch. 

Grounds and Local Area

Besides the relaxing green surrounding, this large group accommodation in Wales has to offer, the animal enclosures are a great way to pass your time. Play with the two friendly cats, feed the animals in the morning, or watch the alpacas while relaxing in the hot tub. There are also goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, and chickens. 

If you have more time, feel free to visit the beautiful sandy beaches for a walk, go on boat rides, kayaking, or picturesque cycling and hiking routes. There are also numerous gardens to visit like the Colby Woodland Garden Hilton Court Gardens, Llwyngarreg Garden, and Picton Castle & Gardens.
