This bright room comes with large windows, a Sky TV with DVD player, and your very own bar which will be perfect for your pre-party. You will also be able to challenge your friends or family to a game of pool in the games room. The glamorous salon is sure to be a hit as it comes with large mirrors, fairy lights, hairdryers, and salon chairs. There’s also an iron and ironing board inside.

The brand new kitchen comes with a stove and oven, a toaster, microwave, kettle, large fridge, and all necessary utensils for a fantastic dinner. The dining room has space for 20 guests although you can always pull up an extra chair.

We celebrated my sister's hen do at Marilyn's Townhouse and the house was just perfect! The location was great, everything was within walking distance. The staff helped us organise a gin tasting which I would really recommend!

The staff was super helpful and attentive. Note that shops in Scotland won't sell alcohol after 10 pm. Luckily the location of the house made everything super easy and we still had 2 fantastic nights out in Edinburgh! The whole group is already looking to come back next year.
