Reception Rooms and Kitchen

Joy Cottage comes with a large open-plan dining and kitchen area, making it the ideal place for you and your guests to come together. This bright and charming kitchen has an island where you can sit and enjoy breakfast, two fridges, and plenty of worktop space to cook up a delicious meal. Why not make it a fun team-building exercise? At the end of the room, you also have an area to sit and enjoy the TV with plenty of toys and books for the little ones.

Next to the living room area, you have the cinema room, equipped with a 90-inch projector, comfy beans bags, and SKY TV. Have a cozy film night with friends, family, and your beloved furry friend in this pet-friendly venue.

Joy Cottage will provide you with an unforgettable experience with a variety of activities. There’s a fun and funky games room, equipped with a PlayStation, pool table, and a 49-inch TV. The room also features the Pineapple bar, where you can rustle up a tasty after-dinner cocktail or come together with friends with some champagne.

The outside area adds to the charm of this Party House based near Bristol, as you can sit on the sun loungers and other outdoor furniture and enjoy the summer breeze. As for the 6-seater hot tub, you’ll find your guests jumping in to sit and relax for the evening.  

Local area

This venue has a large range of activities close by for adults and children.  If you’re a beach person, you can enjoy the great nearby beaches such as Lyme Regis and Burnham on Sea, how about braving a dip in the cold English waters? There are is also a great adventure and inflatable park for the kids, located just 25 minutes from the property. To warm up after a cold Swim,or a busy day out, enjoy the many restaurants and cosy pubs that are just a few miles down the road.
