This characterful house has 2 meeting rooms, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, all of which are carefully designed for your comfort. The first meeting room is a large living room with a TV, w, seating up to 20 guests. This is a lovely space to chat and enjoy delicious meals with your fellow guests. Lastly, you will be able to enjoy the unfenced private gardens which have seating facilities, and a shared indoor swimming pool open all year round.

History & Owner Information
Built as a timber-framed hall house, the Greenwood Estate is a 14th-century property that nowadays serves as a beautiful self-catering accommodation perfect for celebrations. Initially known as the Oast house, the Greenwood Oast House was added to the Greenwood Estate in the 19th century when farmers realised that growing hops was much more profitable than mixed arable.
It was used to dry hops because of the humid and rainy nature of the weather. The rest of the house was used for storage.
Greenwood was owned only by 2 families in its 450 years and one of them was Terence Bourke. Under his ownership, a lot of modern renovations were made to the Greenwood Estate and one of them was converting the Oast House to a summer house for his mother.
