Reception rooms & kitchen

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by the light and airy country kitchen and breakfast room. The spacious kitchen features a double range cooker, a large fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser, and everything else required to prepare restaurant-quality meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast room; this chamber boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding lakes and countryside. This holiday accommodation in Lincolnshire also offers a large dining space for all 12 guests with a wood fire feature alongside exposed wooden beams. This room provides a grand setting, perfect for dinner parties with all the family. From here, you can head up to the lounge area where you will find comfy plush sofas, snug armchairs, and an open fireplace, perfect for nodding off by, after a long day of fun. Bedrooms 

This self-catering accommodation in Grantham comes with 5 beautiful bedrooms, spread between the 1st and 2nd floor, each overlooking the wonderful private fields. Every room is finished with impeccable furnishings and comes equipped with towels and bed linens; each bedroom comes filled with character enabling you to have a good night’s sleep. You will also find fluffy robes in each bedroom. 

On the first floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a four-poster double bed, hung with heavy velvet curtains. The other chamber possesses a gracefully shaped king-sized bed which is decorated with an intricate headboard. The second floor is suitable for families and children. There is a family bedroom with twin beds and a luxurious double bed accompanied by 2 further bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed which can only be accessed through the second twin bedroom. This holiday accommodation in Lincolnshire comes with 3 modern bathrooms, 2 with free-standing roll-top baths and attached showers, and one en-suite shower in the family room. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
