Kitchen, dining, and reception rooms

This self-catering accommodation near Hexham has a fantastic fully-equipped industrial kitchen that can be used both by your group or any caterers that you’d like to welcome on-site. The conservatory dining room is a lovely bright room with seating for 40 people.

After dinner head out to the bar area for a nightcap or two. The bar is equipped with drink fridges, glassware, and other utilities. Challenge your guests to a game of table football or have a lovely movie night by taking advantage of the large library of movies in the cinema room. 

Bedrooms

The bedrooms can are a mix of doubles, twins and family rooms, with most of the doubles being able to be turned into singles depending on your needs. There are 11 en-suite bedrooms with a capacity for 26 and an extra 3 single beds and 3 camp beds which can be utilised according to your needs. If you’re travelling with an infant, you’ll be happy to know that this venue to rent can also provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

Celebrations

This large group accommodation is conveniently located near Carlisle and Newcastle, making it easy for your guests to come from the North of England or Scotland. Besides the bed spaces for 30 guests in 11 bedrooms, this venue also allows camping on-site. Although there’s not an official campsite, you’re welcome to bring caravans and tents if needed. Please note that you’ll need to agree with the owner first. As the land offers plenty of space, you can also set up a marquee which can be suited for bigger events or simply utilise the conservatory dining room for 40. As the venue to rent is completely secluded, you’ll be able to have a party without being wary of the noise.

If you’re traveling with kids, you’ll be glad to know that they will be completely entertained at Bluewell Farm. Board games, X-box, cinema room, table football, and plenty of outdoor space will have them running around happily until they’re ready to tune out for the day. You can then relax in the bar area, dining room, or in the cosy reception room with couches that you can sink into. If you however prefer sinking into the water instead, you'll be happy to know that your stay comes with a private hot tub.
