The ground floor is an open-plan space featuring a sitting room and dining area for 10 guests. This house to rent in Kent used to be a former 18th-century public house and the main living area used to be the saloon bar. This main living area was the former pub’s saloon bar and as a tribute to the rich history of the building, it has been fitted with a copper-topped bar with bar stools. This space is perfect to enjoy a few cocktails while gazing at the glistening water. Here, you will also find a wine fridge, ice maker, cocktail glasses, and a shaker. Since this entire holiday home near London comes with central heating, you will be warm and cosy even on the chilliest of days. Either choose to enjoy the privacy of your very own well-equipped bar or head into the bustling beach town for a couple of drinks, the choice is yours.

The modern fully-fitted kitchen comes with an electric oven, ceramic induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The chefs in the group will find all the kitchenware to prepare their signature dishes. There is an adjoining breakfast/coffee room which is the ideal spot to catch up with the morning newspaper.
