Henry We used the house for a big long weekend away for 17 of us. The house is incredible and miles away from anyone else. We were able to enjoy, incredibly well furnished and tastefully designed. We spent most of our time out in the outside bar area which was absolutely perfect for us. The dining room was big enough to seat everyone and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook elaborate dinners for everyone. Tony, the building manager was on hand whenever we needed something. Thanks for having us
Imran A very beautiful cottage with good facilities in a lovely remote location. Clean and nice house and had a wonderful stay. Tony was very nice and helpful and Caroline was very responsive and accommodating too. Looking forward to booking the property again next year. Enjoyed it a lot.
Nathan This is our second time at one of Caroline’s houses, and we’ve been extremely impressed one both occasions. Tony who met us on arrival to show us around the house was very helpful and was on call whenever we had any issues. Great house for large group parties who are looking for a nice weekend away. We also enjoyed a day and night out in York which is only a 20 mins drive away. Would 100% recommend!
Eve Ash Willow Farmhouse was a lovely place to stay. The host were very helpful on our visits! It was fairly easy to find. The beds were comfy. The best feature was the outside area. We spent most of our time chilling but with the luxury of a fire and music. Definitely recommend!

Lorna Just got back from a three night stay at Ash Willow Farmhouse - 16 of us in total and the house was just perfect !!! we made good use of the hottub and the outdoor seating area - the fire and heaters kept us toasty !! The house is beautifully decorated and is exactly what you see in the pictures ! we organised minibuses into York for the day £30-40 one way so for big groups works out really cheap !! Tony who we met at check in was very helpful and was very accommodating.. we are already planning our next stay at Ash Willow Farmhouse for summer ,can't wait to return to this countryside little gem ..
Ryan Absolutely amazing home and lovely attentive hosts! If you are looking for somewhere to celebrate an event like a birthday with a large group of people then consider Ash Willow Farmhouse! Caroline and Tony have really thought of every detail to accommodate party-type stays. I can’t think of anything they missed! Would definitely consider coming back sometime in the future.

Claire Great property exactly as described. Stayed here as a hen do of 17 women. The house is stunning, everyone commented on it. It was a great size. Caroline was really helpful before the stay and Tony and Maz were great during. We had caterers and a cocktail bar recommended through Caroline and it worked perfectly. Taxis to and from York were easy and not too expensive. Would highly recommend!
Paul If you’re considering it, just get this place booked. We hired the Farmhouse for a stag do and everyone was blown away upon arrival. It had everything we needed to ensure the best weekend possible. Enough to get a party started and keep it going, and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. It’s close enough to places if you need groceries, far enough away so you feel like you’ve got plenty of peace. And the on-site management team are amazing too. We’ll most likely be back just for a long weekend in the future.
Charlotte Great place, in the middle of the countryside. 30 minutes from York centre but had no problem with taxis into York and managed to Book a private car parking space in York too for only £5. The house was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed (lots of plates etc). Rooms were fine, but not really space to hang clothes. That didn’t matter to us as we were quite happy living out of our bags for a few days, although there was a small hanging space in each room but no wardrobe. Easy instructions on arrival and would definitely recommend. I’m already looking to book again. Thank you for a fab time x

Richard S. Twenty of us stayed at Ash Willow Farmhouse for a stag do, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts provided helpful and friendly communication. Upon arrival, we found an impeccably clean house with excellent facilities, with the games room, hot tub, and enormous television with Sky (including sports) being the highlights. The location is ideal for York city centre and the Yorkshire Outdoor Activity Park, both about a 20/25-minute drive away. Highly recommend, and would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic time, and there was nothing to complain about—it was perfect. Despite the freezing weather, the farmhouse was warm and cozy. We can't wait to go back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
