Situated in the courtyard with Toft Hall and Toft Barn, Chels Barn is another lovely quality barn conversion. It is full of character with lots of beams on display and lovely high ceilings in the main rooms. It is centrally heated with under floor heating on the ground floor. All the internal doors are solid oak and it has a variety of luxury flooring such as marble, travertine or solid oak.
In brief the detached self catering accommodation provides:-
6 bedrooms, 4 shower/bath rooms, stunning living room, large dining Room, Italian fitted kitchen
Living Room
The lovely, large living room has solid oak floors, lots of squashy leather settees and wonderful high barn roof.
Dining Room
The Dining room also has the fabulous high ceiling with a travertine stone floor (this is lovely with the under floor heating!) and plenty of seating so you can all dine together.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen has distinctive red Italian units! These are topped off with granite work surfaces. There are plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery etc. It also contains 4 hobs, a griddle grill, 2 Neff ovens, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Chels Barn Kitchen - why do parties always gravitate to kitchens?
There are three ground floor bedrooms:
Single Bedroom 1, with a large barn opening window and the original dove holes on display. Oak floor with under floor heating.
Ensuite shower wet room (with low height over the loo!). This bathroom is a Jack and Jill room with another door opening out enabling use by those not in the adjacent bedroom
Triple Bedroom 2, with three single beds, oak floor and under floor heating.
Single Bedroom 3, ground floor with oak flooring and underfloor heating
Ensuite wet room with basin and toilet
There are three first floor bedrooms:
Double Bedroom 4, up it’s own private staircase, with lots of beams and fully carpeted.
Double Bedroom 5, fully carpeted, lots of beams and lovely views.
Ensuite shower room (with small bath), WC and basin.
Twin Bedroom 6, fully carpeted, lots of beams and the original owl hole window.
A Double Futon is also available in the living room to sleep a further two guests.

WiFi
We do have broadband access at this Party House, however, as we provide this facility free of charge and, like everyone we are at the mercy of our our broadband supplier, we do not promise 100% availability!
Outside
There is a couple of acres of natural fields with BBQ, and outside seating. Parking for up to 5 cars.
