Forget your 9 – 5 days, put the kettle on or open that bottle of chilled wine, share lovingly prepared food, throw a log on the fire and watch the flames dance or watch the sun go down across the spectacular Peak District landscape.

You can spend a week – or if you only have time for a short break you are also very welcome. Party Houses are in a wonderful location to spend some precious time away with friends and family.

We have designed our Party Houses to provide all the practical and personal touches you want in a home from home. All Party Houses have dining rooms separate to their kitchens, with space for you all to dine together in one room. They also have plenty of comfy sitting space and luxury beds – just what you want from a holiday cottage (even if it is large!). And, of course, all have their own private gardens plus an acre or more of natural meadows.

We know how important it is that all your guests are happy when away so we provide lots of books, CDs, DVDs, dressing up boxes and dolls house for the little ones.

There is plenty to do locally whether you want to relax or get really active!
