Celebrate your Wedding Anniversary
Any wedding anniversary is reason for a celebration!
Rather than just hold a party – which goes all too quickly – why not spend a whole weekend enjoying the company of those you love? This is a great opportunity to spend that special time and those lovely memories with your beloved ones. At Party Houses, we try our best to ensure that you and your guests have a wonderful stay!
It means you actually get to catch up properly with everyone and those who live some distance away also get the chance to join in. Party Houses have great self catering venues sleeping groups of all shapes and sizes. All are designed especially for group getaways and gatherings and are great value!
Take a Tour
Had a wonderful stay over at Chels Barn for a 30th birthday in December. I got to experience for the first time the lovely Peak District. Chels Barn was the perfect venue to do this from. The venue was clean and well decorated, and the dining room was huge so we could all sit together comfortably! Would recommend to walk down to the Royal Oak in Rushton for the Sunday lunch. Can’t wait to return to this part of the world!
Hamps Hall & Barn Family Party
Superb Place for a Family get together. Enough rooms for all 40 of us and a great time was had. Staged our own Murder mystery evening in the main Lounge one evening and hired a hot tub, table tennis tournament, pub quiz night. Would recommend and hopefully will try to return.
Fun weekend in the Peak District
The Barn was wonderful, it had everything we needed, it was very warm, two fridges to keep all our drinks chilled, very large kitchen, very comfortable beds, the staff was very helpful in the booking process, couldn’t have asked for more!
Great venue for my 30th birthday party – perfect for sociable types!
I had a great three-night stay at Toft Hall (not in Toft!) for my 30th birthday party weekend. The venue is large, suitably remote and easily accommodates everyone both in terms of sleeping and socialising downstairs. There is more than enough kitchen and storage space for food, drink and cooking, and a huge dining table. Or, if you prefer a pub lunch, two or three pubs in walkable distance.
The master bedroom is by far the largest, with the others – both double and twin – medium sized. Taller people probably shouldn’t sleep on the second floor because of the beautiful, if low-hanging, beams. But full of quirks that give the place the character that make it a lovely destination.
A great family 70th birthday celebration
A family party of 16 ranging in age from 4 to 77 assembled for the week to celebrate a 70th birthday. We loved the cosiness yet with plenty of space, the walled garden where the younger children could play safely, the splendid views and the well appointed kitchen and utility areas where we prepared our evening meals and did our clothes washing. It was also very well situated to explore the Staffordshire Moorlands.
